Theses bags are hand crafted. made by hand one at a time. I can control the firmness of the bags. I have a standard feel which will feel like hitting a head. Bags can be made softer if your recovering from an injury. Or firm when conditioning for hitting a real head. When purchasing a bag you can request your desired feel.
